Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, our automated system has likely already processed it for shipping. Please email us immediately if you need to cancel.
2. How do I track my package? You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships (usually 1-3 days after purchase). Visit our "Track Your Order" page to follow its journey.
3. I only received one of my items. Where is the rest? We ship from multiple warehouses. Your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. Please check your email for multiple tracking numbers.
4. Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by location (typically 8-18 days).
5. Who pays for customs/duties? Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are set by your local government.
